Please read BOTH this section and our FAQ section. We want you to be thrilled and excited about the unique purchase you have made.

Items are carefully stored and packed in clean and new protective material. The outside of your package may look a little rough because we try to re-use exterior packaging material when available (eg tyvek envelopes or boxes.)

FINAL SALE on most items unless specified in the specific item listing. The FAQ section details our Return Policy.

We reserve the right to cancel and refund orders for security purposes.
We do not ship to third-party shipping services. Orders from third party shipping services will be cancelled and the non-refundable fees we are charged will be withheld from refund issued.

HAWAII & ALASKA - Dear Hawaii and Alaska Residents: we adore you & will happily ship to you. If you see ZERO shipping charges or if the shipping charges look outrageous it is probably a placeholder error. Please go through the checkout process WITHOUT paying and we will e-mail you with shipping quote - there is no obligation for you to complete the transaction!
