We welcome your questions, requests for additional information or measurements. We prefer customers to be very happy and satisfied with original purchase.
*Final sale on all items unless:
1) a serious error was made in a listing OR
2) a listing specifically indicates returns are okay.
By purchasing an item from us you understand that we are multiple households listing together in a virtual tag sale.We must receive an e-mail notice from you to initiate a return within 7 days of receipt. *We REQUIRE this notice in order to provide you with a "Returns Address"
Upon receipt of an item in its original condition (unworn, unused with no stains, odors, or signs of use and with all packaging/tags attached) a refund for the purchase price will be issued.
*Shipping fees are not refundable.
Buyers pay return shipping.
Seller is not responsible for items that are lost or damaged in the mail. We highly recommend using a service that includes delivery confirmation or tracking.

We reserve the right to cancel & refund transactions for security reasons or if we can not fulfill orders in a timely manner.
To qualify for "bundled" or "combined shipping" all purchases must be paid for on the same invoice.*

EASY CHECKOUT: When you purchase more than one item from us and use click the "Submit Order" button, you MAY have incurred a shipping charge that is excessive (full shipping charged per order) than what your package will cost to send.
We have a new feature to auto combine shipping, but it has to be done manually for every item. Additional shipping is not updated for every item at the time of writing this.
We will ensure your shipping costs are minimized. When we receive your order we will check the shipping charges paid and any overages will be automatically refunded to you immediately upon processing your order.
You should see an alert of this refund within 24 hours.

SHIPPING RATE ADJUSTMENTS / CUSTOMIZED INVOICES:
1 - Click on your Cart and fill out your shipping and other required information and click "SUBMIT ORDER" - don't worry, your order is NOT finalized unless/until you complete the transaction with payment using the Paypal button.
2- Once we receive your UNPAID order we will calculate the new rate based on your zip code an weight of package. A link will then be sent to you with a custom invoice to complete the transaction.
Please Note: our items remain live and available for others to purchase until payment is received. We are happy to provide a custom invoice but slightly longer shipping time is to be expected.

*One exception: -BOOKS- Books may only be bundled with other books, CDs or Movies.
(CDs and movies may be bundled with other items!)
*Your item will always be well packed and protected in clean new material.
The exterior shipping material may be recycled which means your item may arrive in a box or tyvek envelope with the logos or stickers from a past journey. Also, some of us are neater with tape and labels than others!!
Bottom line: our packaging may not look beautiful on the outside but your item has been stored and packed in a fastidious environment with much thought given how to ensure items arrive safely.
We at "OwlsNest" (Owlsnest.eCrater.Com) NEVER see any of your financial information. We pay fees per transaction to Paypal to act as a secure, third party payment processor entity. All financial information your provide to complete a purchase is exclusively between you and Paypal.com.
We receive shipping information (address and e-mail) for each order from eCrater.com so we know where to ship your order. And Paypal.com because this is where we purchase the postage/Shipping Labels.
